Tasha is a US-born resident teacher at Hridaya Yoga Mazunte, where she has been part of the community since her first retreat in 2015. A lifelong musician with a background in Tibetan Buddhism and Kashmir Shaivism, she leads bhajans (Sanskrit devotional singing) at Hridaya's hilltop center and contributes voice and chant to community gatherings.
