Sofia Martinez runs Propósito del Alma in Puerto Escondido, where she leads weekly Sounds Healing sessions at Centro Holístico Rinconada with crystal bowls, drum, chimes and voice. Argentine by birth, she trained in holistic nutrition, Reiki, ontological coaching, family constellations and somatic work before developing her Embodied Soul Method. She also offers 1:1 sessions, Light Language teaching and ocean-based somatic regulation work.

Sofia’s path moved from Argentina through the United States and Canada into holistic nutrition, Reiki and a Kundalini awakening, before she crystallized her work as the Embodied Soul Method — a five-phase framework she now teaches through coaching, ceremony and sound.
How she works
Group sound healings at Rinconada combine crystal bowls, hand drum, chimes and her own voice with chakra-aligned guided meditation. 1:1 sessions are more somatic and ontological, often held by the ocean or online for clients abroad.
