Felix (Casa OM Music)
Resident sound facilitator at Casa OM Mazunte
Felix is the resident music and sound facilitator at Casa OM Mazunte, a long-running yoga, music and dance hostal in the heart of town. He hosts a weekly sound healing session every Wednesday from 8 to 9pm in Casa OM's yoga shala, weaving Tibetan bowls, kalimbas, voice and sacred harmonies with downtempo synthesizer textures. Sessions are co-held with Giorgio, who guides the opening meditation and tuning.
Current sessions
- ◦ Weekly Sanación de Sonido at Casa OM (Wednesdays, 8–9pm)
- ◦ Sound journeys during Casa OM yoga modules and retreats
- ◦ Private sound healing on request
Background
Felix anchors the music and sound program at Casa OM, a Mazunte hostal that’s been a hub for yoga, music and movement since 2018. His work is deeply embedded in the venue’s weekly rhythm.
How he works
The format pairs traditional Tibetan bowls and voice with kalimba and downtempo synth textures — closer to a meditative concert than a classical sound bath. Giorgio opens with meditation and tuning before Felix takes over.
Where to find him
Wednesday 8–9pm at Casa OM’s yoga shala, donation entry. Sound journeys are also woven into Casa OM’s longer retreats and yoga modules.
